Design and verify complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit layouts, collaborating with circuit, process technology, and package design teams to optimize area, power, reliability, performance, and yield.

- Design complex analog signal circuit layouts according to detailed specifications.
- Create and analyze floorplans, power grids, ESD protection structures, and bumps for analog blocks.
- Perform micro-floorplanning and signal planning, including shielding and device matching for critical signals.
- Run DRC, LVS, ANT, ERC, and other physical verification flows.
- Perform electromigration, voltage-drop, ESD, thermal, and other reliability checks.
- Develop analog layout methodologies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Troubleshoot design, tool, flow, and methodology issues.
- Collaborate with analog circuit, process technology, and package design engineers on specifications and deliverables.
- Balance layout trade-offs involving area, power, reliability, and performance.
Требования
- Experience designing analog and mixed-signal IC layouts.
- Strong proficiency with custom layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent.
- Experience with physical verification tools such as Calibre or equivalent, including DRC, LVS, ANT, and ERC.
- Expertise in EM/IR, ESD, thermal, and other advanced reliability verification methods.
- Knowledge of advanced semiconductor process nodes and layout techniques including matching, shielding, guard rings, and common-centroid layouts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaborative, cross-functional work.
