- Lead critical cross-functional engineering initiatives from design through development and deployment.
- Design and build scalable distributed systems and full-stack product capabilities.
- Participate in technical decision-making and share knowledge across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, data-driven experiences.
- Evaluate and introduce tools, technologies, and practices that improve engineering excellence.
- Promote service ownership, observability, operational best practices, clean code, testing, and continuous improvement.
Требования
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a senior, staff, or principal-level role.
- Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale in cloud-native environments such as GCP or AWS.
- Deep backend expertise with microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST or gRPC APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Fluency in system design and architecture, including trade-offs among scalability, performance, and developer experience.
- A record of shaping technical direction and improving team capabilities.
- Experience building high-impact, customer-facing, data-rich products.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
