- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Design and develop custom tools and integrations
- Gather and clarify customer and stakeholder requirements
- Define technical roadmaps and oversee project delivery
- Drive architectural decisions and scalable solutions
- Coordinate with customers, internal stakeholders, R&D, and Product teams
- Ensure technical excellence across the team's work
- Promote continuous learning and professional development
Требования
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience across the full software development life cycle
- Previous experience leading and mentoring software engineers or managing development projects
- Strong Python development and technical project leadership experience
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale, complex software projects
- Expertise creating and maintaining REST APIs
- Ability to make architectural decisions and design scalable solutions
- Strong customer, stakeholder, and communication skills
- Experience resolving complex technical issues, shaping development workflows, and maintaining code quality through collaborative reviews
