Build and evolve scalable web and mobile products for a health technology platform. The role focuses on React Native mobile development while contributing across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled capabilities.

- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software for products used by members worldwide.
- Design and develop performant frontend and backend solutions with a strong user experience focus.
- Create reusable frontend architecture, components, and engineering patterns.
- Integrate algorithms and data-driven capabilities in partnership with data science teams.
- Collaborate across discovery, design, implementation, experimentation, and iteration.
- Own projects from technical design through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve engineering standards, processes, and platform capabilities.
- Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle while applying sound engineering judgment.
Требования
- At least 7 years of experience building production-grade applications as a full-stack engineer.
- Mandatory experience developing mobile applications with React Native.
- Experience with a backend language such as Scala, Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud environments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
- Experience using AI tools in software development, including reviewing and improving AI-generated code.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems, work through ambiguity, and design scalable solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, design, and data science teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from concept through production and ongoing optimization.
