Join a team building an AI-powered digital adoption platform. Lead development of scalable web applications and architectures, and integrate AI capabilities into products and engineering workflows.
Обязанности
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
- Lead server-side development using microservices to support scalable applications.
- Drive micro frontend architecture design and implementation.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve development workflows and code quality.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers on technical direction and application delivery.
- Make architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into development pipelines and product features.
Требования
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and web technologies.
- Strong experience with Node.js and server-side development.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies, architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.
- Experience setting standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
- Experience with large codebases shared across multiple teams.
- Experience with both NoSQL and relational databases.
- Experience with a cloud provider such as AWS.
- Understanding of REST API design and microservices.
- Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features into production applications.
