Join an engineering team building a browser-based enterprise security platform. Own its browser policy enforcement engine and contribute to backend services and a customer-facing web app.
Обязанности
- Architect, build, and maintain a Chrome extension and its browser policy enforcement engine.
- Own features from design through production monitoring, and contribute to technical direction, code quality, testing, and release practices.
- Develop browser security capabilities, including DOM inspection and manipulation, warning and blocking flows, and event capture.
- Optimize extension performance, memory use, and CPU consumption.
- Extend support to other Chromium browsers and, over time, Firefox and Safari WebExtensions.
- Manage extension publishing, versioning, and staged rollouts.
- Build and extend backend APIs and services for configuration delivery and real-time updates.
- Develop React/TypeScript web app features for customer configuration, event review, and deployment management.
- Debug issues across browsers, operating systems, and backend services.
Требования
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience in a relevant role.
- Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and browser fundamentals, including the DOM, event loop, cookies, storage, origins, CSP, and extension security.
- Production experience with Manifest V3, including service workers, content scripts, and extension messaging.
- Strong React experience.
- Experience building and operating backend APIs and services.
- Proficiency debugging with Chrome DevTools, extension internals, and network tools.
- A security-focused approach to software development.

- Experience with security products such as DLP, SSE/SWG, or enterprise browsers.
- Familiarity with Chromium internals or browser source code.
- Experience developing extensions for Firefox or Safari.
