Join a remote-first AI software company building an open-source platform for evaluating, tracing, monitoring, and optimizing LLM applications and agentic systems. The role is based in Tel Aviv with hybrid flexibility, or fully remote within Europe.
Обязанности
- Build and ship product features in a fast-moving AI development environment
- Develop observability tools for LLM applications and RAG systems
- Create user interfaces for LLM tracing, evaluation dashboards, and production monitoring
- Build APIs and backend services for real-time LLM application monitoring
- Collaborate with AI researchers and machine learning engineers on evaluation methodologies
- Contribute to frontend components using React and TypeScript and backend components using Java
- Design automated evaluation systems and LLM-as-a-Judge capabilities
- Integrate with LLM frameworks and libraries
- Engage with the open-source community and contribute to technical documentation
Требования
- At least 3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in AI or machine learning
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding environments, IDEs, and agent-based workflows
- Strong understanding of AI model capabilities, limitations, and use cases
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web development
- Strong Java skills, preferably with frameworks such as Dropwizard
- Knowledge of scalable database design and containerization
- Experience with tracing, monitoring, and evaluation systems
- Strong communication skills for distributed, global teamwork
- Ability to solve complex technical problems in ambiguous environments

- Understanding of LLMs, RAG systems, and AI application architectures
- Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, or LLM optimization

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of AI safety, model security, and responsible AI practices
