Senior Full-Stack Developer

Join a technology team building production systems and AI-driven products for a global investment platform. The role combines full-stack development, distributed systems, and production AI agents. The position is based in Tel Aviv and requires three days per week in the office.

Обязанности

  • Design, build, and ship backend and full-stack features using Node.js and microservices
  • Build and deploy production AI agents and LLM-powered tools
  • Architect and maintain scalable microservices with SQL and NoSQL data stores
  • Design agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines using low-code tools and custom services
  • Own features through design, estimation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business and investor needs into technical solutions
  • Evaluate LLM frameworks and AI tooling
  • Write tested code, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot issues across the stack
  • Help define architecture, tooling, and engineering practices for agentic AI

Требования

  • At least 5 years of backend or full-stack development experience
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, microservices, and SQL and NoSQL databases
  • At least 2 years of experience with AI or machine learning frameworks
  • Production experience building AI agents used by teams
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agentic tooling, and low-code orchestration platforms such as n8n or Make
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data flows, and cloud or web architectures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies independently

  • Experience in fintech, payments, capital markets, or investment platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Strong system design experience
