Обязанности
- Build and improve internal GTM tools and the company’s internal operating system
- Develop internal applications, workflows, and automations across the customer lifecycle
- Build API integrations, webhooks, data synchronizations, and event-driven workflows
- Connect systems such as HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Slack, and Snowflake
- Build AI and agentic workflows using company data and business context
- Replace spreadsheets, repetitive tasks, and manual processes with scalable software
- Partner with customer-facing and operational teams to identify problems and build solutions
- Own projects from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and iteration
- Work with Product, Data, and Engineering when internal systems connect to the core platform
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a comparable language
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and third-party systems
- Experience building applications or internal tools rather than only configuring SaaS platforms
- Ability to independently turn ambiguous business problems into working solutions
- Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills
- Comfort working directly with non-technical teams
- Strong ownership and product judgment
