- Set team goals and technical direction to improve organizational efficiency.
- Lead long-term technical strategy and roadmaps for large cross-company engineering efforts.
- Plan and synthesize requirements into effective feature roadmaps.
- Communicate complex features and systems clearly and in detail.
- Assess industry and organizational trends to guide technology development.
- Partner with organizational leaders to improve team and engineering performance.
- Identify opportunities, influence prioritization and staffing, and advance strategic initiatives.
- Resolve performance and scalability issues and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor and influence engineers across organizational boundaries.
Требования
- Programming experience in a relevant language.
- Experience planning multi-year technical roadmaps that connect short-term projects to long-term goals.
- Experience communicating and collaborating across functions to drive technical solutions.
- Experience mentoring and influencing experienced engineers across organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience driving large cross-functional or industry-wide engineering efforts.
- Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and recommend detailed solutions.

- Experience improving software quality through code reviews, testing, rollouts, monitoring, and proactive changes.
- Experience building large-scale applications.
- Experience with C, C++, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve workflows and measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
- Experience with prompt or context engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
