Lead and mentor a full-stack development team building complex, data-intensive systems powered by AI engines. Combine technical leadership with hands-on backend and frontend development, architectural decision-making, and collaboration across Product, Data, AI, and DevOps.

- Lead and mentor the full-stack development team
- Plan development tasks and conduct code reviews
- Develop scalable backend and frontend services
- Design and guide architecture for AI-driven systems and data pipelines
- Build event-driven and streaming-based systems
- Integrate search, data processing, and analytics engines
- Collaborate with Product, Data, AI, and DevOps teams
- Maintain code quality, performance, scalability, and stability
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience leading a development team
- Proven hands-on software engineering experience with complex systems
- Practical experience integrating and deploying AI engines in production workflows
- Strong backend development experience with Java and/or Python
- Frontend development experience with React
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Kafka
- Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures

- Background in big data or large-scale data processing
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
