Early-stage AI software company seeking a software engineer to own end-to-end product development, shape architecture, and deliver production systems in close collaboration with founders and early team members.
Обязанности
- Design, implement, and maintain core product features, services, and infrastructure
- Write production-ready code and review peer contributions
- Participate in architecture and design discussions across backend, frontend, and data systems
- Build rapid prototypes and optimize application performance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack
- Collaborate with product, design, founders, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver iterative releases
- Help establish engineering best practices, tooling, and processes
Требования
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, system design, and production software engineering
- Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar modern programming language
- Familiarity with web application architecture, APIs, and SQL or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability considerations
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership in an early-stage environment and contribute to technical strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
