Lead a software development team at a defense technology company, building PC applications on Windows that interface with hardware for test systems. Drive architecture, quality, and innovation across multiple projects.

Обязанности

  • Lead a software development team across multiple projects
  • Own the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, architecture, issue management, and debugging
  • Ensure solution quality and drive innovation and process improvements
  • Mentor and develop team members professionally
  • Collaborate with multiple development groups across the organization

Требования

  • B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience developing in C# over .NET Framework
  • Hands-on experience building Windows OS applications with multi-threading and asynchronous programming
  • Strong leadership and team orientation with high motivation

Будет плюсом

  • Familiarity with web development (ASP.NET Core and Angular)
  • Good familiarity with software development methodologies and SOLID principles
  • Previous managerial experience (team lead or matrix leadership)
  • Familiarity with software control of hardware components
