Lead and mentor a front-end engineering team building the real-time operations center for a global transportation technology platform. Own team execution, technical direction, architecture, engineering practices, and user experience improvements in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.

- Lead and mentor front-end engineers and support their professional development
- Own team execution, operations, and continuous improvement
- Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, design discussions, and code reviews
- Improve development processes, engineering practices, tools, and libraries
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to deliver effective user experiences
- Understand the product and make technical decisions that create user value
- Improve the user experience across the platform
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing an engineering team
- Strong experience with React or a similar front-end framework
- Strong technical skills and the ability to understand complex systems and make sound decisions
- Experience with architecture, system design, and code reviews

- Experience developing map-based applications with Mapbox or Google Maps JavaScript SDK
- Experience with backend development in Python
