Own a production Node.js CLI and signed tray application used by developers and managed enterprise fleets. Lead development across macOS, Windows, and Linux, with a focus on safe configuration changes, resilient updates, deployment, and remote diagnostics.
Обязанности
- Own the CLI, tray application, updates, documentation, and product roadmap
- Safely modify third-party application configurations with backups and rollback
- Track vendor configuration changes and provide safe manual fallbacks
- Measure and reduce antivirus and endpoint security false positives
- Support managed-fleet deployment through profiles, policies, credential helpers, and silent rollout
- Build health checks, repair commands, and privacy-conscious remote diagnostics
Требования
- Strong TypeScript skills and several years of owning shipped software
- Experience shipping client-side software to machines you could not directly access, such as desktop applications, CLIs, agents, installers, or IDE extensions
- Careful handling of user state, including atomic writes, idempotency, and clean rollback
- Ability to work across Windows as well as macOS
- Testing and remote debugging skills using logs and screenshots
- Experience using AI coding tools

- Experience reverse-engineering application configuration safely
