Develop and integrate production-grade embedded firmware for real-time power-conversion and backup systems used in data-center infrastructure. Own software work from architecture and implementation through validation, bring-up, and production support.
Обязанности
- Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ firmware for real-time systems.
- Develop software for microcontroller-based products and peripheral interfaces.
- Define software architecture and implement new features.
- Integrate communication protocols and external peripherals.
- Lead debugging and root-cause analysis across hardware and software domains.
- Support product bring-up, validation, production, software quality, and release activities.
- Collaborate with hardware, QA, automation, systems engineering, and product management teams.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Support CI/CD processes and improve firmware reliability and maintainability.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on embedded software development experience.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and embedded systems architecture knowledge.
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers and RTOS environments such as Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or ThreadX.
- Experience debugging hardware and software with JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Knowledge of CAN/CAN-FD, UART, SPI, I²C, and Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with battery management systems, power electronics, or energy products.
- Experience with Zephyr RTOS, Embedded Linux, functional safety, secure boot, CI/CD, Python automation, Linux development environments, or OTA/FOTA updates.
