Lead a team developing DSP and embedded real-time software for radar imaging and related automotive applications. Own technical execution from architecture and design through implementation, optimization, and delivery.
Обязанности
- Lead DSP and embedded software engineers developing radar image-processing software.
- Drive architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of real-time DSP solutions.
- Coordinate with algorithms and validation teams to deliver integrated products.
- Define and enforce development processes, coding standards, and quality practices.
- Manage project planning, task prioritization, and technical execution.
- Conduct design and code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience developing DSP and/or embedded real-time software.
- At least 3 years of technical leadership or team management experience.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Linux development.
- Experience with software architecture, debugging, profiling, and optimization.
- Experience adopting AI-assisted development tools and workflows in embedded or real-time environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with radar, wireless communications, sensor processing, computer vision, or related fields.
- Experience developing automotive products.
- Experience with ARM processors, DSPs, heterogeneous computing platforms, or FPGA-based systems.
- Experience using MATLAB for algorithm development and validation.
