A leading electronics company is seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineering Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role in Karmiel, Israel. The position combines technical leadership with management of an embedded development team of approximately 10 engineers.
Обязанности
- Lead and professionally manage a team of approximately 10 embedded engineers.
- Plan and develop embedded systems for advanced microcontrollers and multicore systems.
- Develop user interfaces, communication protocols, control loops, and digital signal-processing solutions.
- Perform testing and validation for current products and next-generation systems.
- Use advanced laboratory equipment.
- Lead projects and collaborate with hardware engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of embedded development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a development team.
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong analytical and technical abilities.
