A travel technology SaaS company is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to investigate complex production issues, build internal automation, and develop AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency. The role partners with Operations, Product, R&D, GDS specialists, and solution architects.
Обязанности
- Analyze complex technical issues across live environments, including system behavior, data flows, and configurations
- Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards
- Develop AI-powered tools to automate repetitive operational tasks and accelerate investigations
- Identify patterns in operational data and turn them into scalable technical solutions
- Bridge operational needs and engineering solutions across cross-functional teams
- Manage long-term technical projects and deliver them on schedule
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, backend engineering, or a similar engineering role
- Development experience with Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience building automation and internal tools from scratch
- Strong knowledge of SQL, log analysis, API debugging, and system administration
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows
- Ability to investigate ambiguous problems independently across systems and data

- Familiarity with GDS web services such as Sabre or Amadeus
- Background in travel technology or airline and booking systems
- Experience with AWS or another cloud environment
