Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation for a cloud-based decisioning software platform serving global insurers and banks.
Обязанности
- Own AWS infrastructure, EKS/Kubernetes, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Design and operate secure networking and access controls, including load balancing, identity, authentication, and firewalling.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, resilience, disaster recovery, and multi-region readiness.
- Partner with R&D, Product, QA, and Support to deliver initiatives from design through production.
- Improve developer experience and engineering velocity through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, design reviews, and documentation.
Требования
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
- Production expertise with AWS, Kubernetes or EKS, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, Jenkins or equivalent, GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, Docker, and containerization.
- Solid cloud networking, security, and IAM fundamentals.
- Scripting experience with Python and/or Bash.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic development tools.

- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Karpenter, Crossplane, Kyverno, disaster recovery, multi-region architecture, or FinOps.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience.
