Join a Platform Services team in Glilot, Israel, working in a hybrid environment to design, operate, and improve scalable on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure. The role is hybrid and full-time.
Обязанности
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure across on-premises platforms, AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud environments.
- Operate and scale Kubernetes-based containerized production environments.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Helm.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
- Develop platform engineering initiatives such as developer self-service portals, internal tools, and golden paths.
- Improve observability and reliability practices with Prometheus, Grafana, and Coralogix.
- Create automation scripts and tooling with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Manage cloud networking, security, IAM, secrets, and governance across environments.
- Lead production troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Architect infrastructure solutions and provide technical leadership in collaboration with R&D teams.
- Use AI-driven tools to improve automation, incident analysis, operational efficiency, and developer workflows.
Требования
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environments, particularly AWS and GCP.
- Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability.
- Experience designing and leading infrastructure or platform projects with R&D teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate complex production issues end to end.
- Availability to participate in a required 24/7 production on-call rotation.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver projects from design through production.
