Lead and mentor a DevOps engineering team while contributing directly to cloud architecture, infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and development tooling for R&D environments. This hybrid role requires working from a Tel Aviv office three days per week.
Обязанности
- Lead, coach, and empower a Scrum team of DevOps engineers.
- Remain hands-on with technical projects and critical engineering tasks.
- Own and oversee end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for product quality and system stability.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure including Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Elastic.
- Manage and automate internal and third-party tools supporting a physical data center of approximately 500 servers.
- Drive cloud and microservices technology adoption.
- Champion the use of AI tools to improve team velocity and productivity.
Требования
- 8+ years of total DevOps or engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps team leader.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud solutions and architecture.
- Strong experience with Linux, Git, Jenkins, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and configuration management or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
