Lead a team of DevOps engineers responsible for secure, scalable infrastructure and developer enablement at a digital-asset platform serving global financial and enterprise customers.
Обязанности
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
- Own the team’s projects, tasks, and prioritization.
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure.
- Establish and implement infrastructure best practices.
- Provide self-service capabilities for software engineering teams.
- Automate repetitive and manual operational tasks.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to improve system health and performance.
- Design infrastructure security measures and respond to emerging vulnerabilities and threats.
- Contribute hands-on to projects and operational tasks.
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience leading a DevOps team.
- At least 5 years of DevOps experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS or Azure.
- At least 10 years of experience in DevOps or related infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency with Linux, command line tools, Git, and continuous integration.
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience with GitOps and GitLab Pipelines.
- Experience creating AI-based agents or skills to reduce repetitive workload.
- Strong system troubleshooting skills, including scalability, performance, and complex issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical certification.
- Background in software development.
- Experience with FinOps.
