Lead a hands-on DevOps and DevEx team responsible for modern engineering platforms, enterprise infrastructure, and AI-enabled software delivery.

- Recruit, manage, mentor, and support DevOps and platform engineers.
- Define and implement the organization’s AI-enabled SDLC vision.
- Design and integrate AI-agent architectures, coding tools, and customized generative AI components into development and delivery workflows.
- Lead developer experience and internal developer platform architecture.
- Build internal development platforms, CLI tools, and automation that improve engineering workflows.
- Contribute hands-on to coding, architecture, technology pilots, and technical standards.
- Lead complex delivery processes and manage Kubernetes deployments using intelligent event-driven automation.
- Own the lifecycle of DevOps infrastructure and improve the experience of the organization’s developers.
Требования
- Demonstrated experience leading DevOps or platform engineering teams.
- Hands-on expertise in DevOps, developer experience, application infrastructure, and modern software delivery.
- Experience designing and implementing AI agents, coding assistants, or generative AI components in development workflows.
- Ability to write code, design architecture, run technology proofs of concept, and establish engineering best practices.
- Experience leading complex delivery processes and Kubernetes deployments with event-driven automation.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with development managers, architects, and technical leaders.
