Обязанности
- Lead and grow a team of platform and software engineers.
- Drive the evolution of an internal developer platform supporting local development, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and observability.
- Own the reliability and scalability of CI/CD systems and improve software delivery workflows.
- Build scalable automation and self-service solutions that remove software development lifecycle bottlenecks.
- Evaluate, operationalize, and scale AI capabilities for engineering productivity and ensure their safe adoption.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, AI Enablement, and R&D leaders to improve engineering effectiveness.
- Improve engineering standards, delivery speed, software quality, and developer satisfaction across the organization.
Требования
- At least 5 years of engineering management experience leading highly technical teams in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure.
- Strong software engineering background with experience building cloud-native distributed systems, ideally with Java and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and integrating AI-powered developer tools into engineering workflows.
- Deep expertise in software delivery, CI/CD ecosystems, developer platforms, automation, observability, and GitOps practices.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence technical direction through collaboration and clear communication.
