Join an AI-focused R&D team developing open-source-based toolchains and graph compilers for custom DSP and NPU architectures used in edge AI systems. Own compiler capabilities end to end, optimize output across processor families, and help advance AI-agentic engineering practices.
Обязанности
- Design and develop toolchains targeting custom DSP and NPU architectures
- Design and deliver graph compilation flows, including transformations, operator mapping, and code generation
- Integrate AI coding agents into daily software development workflows
- Own components from architecture and design through implementation and delivery
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
- Collaborate with hardware architecture, algorithms, and software teams globally
- Analyze and optimize toolchain output for performance and correctness across processor families
Требования
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong C++ skills; Python proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to independently own and deliver complex software components
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a global, multi-site environment

- Experience with AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Hands-on LLVM or Clang experience, including backend development, instruction selection, register allocation, or code generation
- Familiarity with MLIR dialects, passes, or graph-level compiler development
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and neural network execution
- Experience with embedded systems, DSP, or NPU architectures
- M.Sc. or higher in a relevant field
