- Architect and implement distributed systems and platform services for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Design storage layers, compute pipelines, networking abstractions, and service orchestration frameworks.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through instrumentation, profiling, and optimization.
- Define service-level objectives and build dashboards, alerting pipelines, and operational runbooks.
- Improve reliability through resilient rollouts, failure reduction, and resiliency and overload testing.
- Align system architecture with product, infrastructure, and data engineering requirements.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and systems engineering practices.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows where appropriate to accelerate design, coding, and systems analysis.
- Mentor engineers on systems design, debugging, and production operations.
- Lead incident retrospectives and drive systemic improvements based on root-cause analysis.
Требования
- 8+ years designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems, platform infrastructure, or systems software in production.
- Experience leading major technical initiatives from architecture through rollout and post-launch reliability ownership.
- Experience debugging concurrency bugs, memory-management failures, distributed consistency problems, and other complex systems issues.
- Experience defining service-level objectives, building observability infrastructure, and improving production reliability.
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience building developer tooling, automation frameworks, or internal platforms.
- Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows and systems design.
- Knowledge of prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration.
- Experience applying responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Experience with storage systems, compute scheduling, or inter-service communication protocols at scale.
