Обязанности
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary software team across embedded, autonomy, C2, and mission systems
- Define coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering methodologies
- Own software architecture across airborne platforms, ground control systems, flight software, sensors, communications, and payloads
- Lead development and integration of navigation, guidance and control, mission logic, computer vision, AI, sensor fusion, and target tracking capabilities
- Adopt AI-assisted development tools and automated SIL/HIL testing
- Integrate software with hardware, electronics, and RF systems
- Prepare software for flight trials, customer demonstrations, and operational deliveries
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading software engineers or multidisciplinary development teams
- Strong C, C++, and Python experience
- Deep experience with embedded and real-time systems interacting directly with hardware and sensors
- Strong system-level architecture and design capabilities for complex hardware-software platforms
- Experience taking technology from prototype through integration, field testing, and operational deployment

- Experience with UAV or UAS systems, robotics, autonomous systems, defense, or aerospace
- Experience with flight software, autopilots, GNC, GNSS-denied navigation, computer vision, AI, or C2 systems
- Track record delivering operational systems to defense customers
