Join a detection engineering team building high-scale, low-latency services that protect web and API traffic from bots, fraud, and account abuse. Own backend services across architecture, implementation, deployment, observability, and reliability in a cloud-native environment.
Обязанности
- Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services processing hundreds of thousands of requests per second
- Own services from architecture and implementation through deployment and reliability
- Build monitoring, alerting, and tracing instrumentation
- Develop real-time detection and decisioning flows
- Operate cloud-native services in Kubernetes using GitOps practices
- Collaborate with security research, data science, product, and adjacent engineering teams
- Participate in technical design and code reviews
- Drive complex technical work from initiation through delivery
Требования
- 5+ years of experience building backend services
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and multithreading
- High proficiency in Go, Java, Scala, or another backend language
- Experience operating production systems in GCP or a similar major cloud provider
- Experience with containerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with datastores and messaging systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, HTTP services, and secure API design
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed production systems

- Production Go experience, including performance tuning and profiling
- Experience optimizing latency-sensitive services for cost and availability at scale
