An AI-focused insurance company is seeking a senior backend engineer for its Tel Aviv engineering team. The role involves building scalable products with TypeScript and NestJS, owning backend domains, and collaborating in a cross-functional squad.

Обязанности

  • Build products with TypeScript-based microservices using NestJS
  • Use internal development tools across environment setup, branching, and production deployments
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, Data, and Machine Learning teams in a self-sufficient squad
  • Own a backend domain, maintaining code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Coach and mentor other developers

Требования

  • At least 6 years of backend engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
  • Experience delivering high-scale, production-grade systems
  • Willingness to work in an office most days of the week
