- Design and develop large-scale, scalable distributed backend services
- Own features and components from design through production
- Solve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges in distributed systems
- Influence software architecture and technical direction
- Use AI tools and practices to improve engineering productivity and quality
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of backend development experience
- Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
- Experience developing large-scale distributed SaaS or cloud systems
- Strong system design and distributed systems skills
- Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Interest in modern engineering practices and AI technologies
