We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Backend & AI) to drive backend systems and AI-powered solutions. Lead architecture, integrate AI, manage data pipelines, and mentor a team. 8+ years backend exp., Python/Node, cloud platforms.

Обязанности

  • Lead architecture and development of scalable backend systems and APIs.
  • Design and implement AI-driven features, including model integration and inference pipelines.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for AI workloads.
  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers.
  • Partner with product and data teams to define technical solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of backend software development experience.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js.
  • Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ML models in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Будет плюсом

  • Experience in AI systems (LLMs, NLP, computer vision).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Airflow, Vertex AI).
  • Experience with real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark, Flink).
  • Background in high-growth startups or Israeli tech companies.
  • Experience with microservices and Kubernetes.
