Обязанности

  • Own complex backend and infrastructure problems from architecture through production
  • Design and build event-driven systems and backend services
  • Create and automate complex user workflows using generative AI
  • Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and data solutions through technical explorations and proofs of concept
  • Improve scalability, performance, reliability, and developer velocity
  • Respond to production and customer issues and deliver fixes quickly
  • Collaborate directly with onboarding, customer success, and customer teams
  • Report to the VP of Engineering and work with founders on technical initiatives

Требования

  • 7+ years building and owning complex backend or distributed systems in production
  • Experience in a senior technical role such as Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of database architecture, SQL, and data or event pipelines
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to business and customer impact
  • Commitment to high code quality and constructive collaboration
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to defining and solving problems in ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to handle customer-facing technical work, production fixes, and hotfixes
