Own projects through design, development, deployment, production monitoring, and maintenance
Contribute to technology and architecture decisions
Conduct design and code reviews
Improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of backend components
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and other teams to deliver features
Provide technical leadership and people management for backend engineers

Требования

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of backend engineering experience in a high-level programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or Go
3+ years of experience as a team lead
Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience implementing data-intensive systems and message queue technologies
Experience with microservices architecture
