Lead and mentor a team of algorithm and software developers while contributing hands-on to scalable infrastructure and algorithms for processing 3D sensor data.
Обязанности
- Lead and mentor a team of five algorithm and software developers while remaining hands-on.
- Design and build scalable Python libraries, spatial-data workflows, and validation and monitoring systems.
- Develop algorithms and geometric tools for 3D data processing, sensor calibration, coordinate transformations, and spatial relationships.
- Build and maintain development infrastructure, including databases, dashboards, CI/CD pipelines, and automated documentation.
- Own complex algorithmic challenges from research through production and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software or backend engineering experience building large-scale production systems with Python.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Experience with Linux, containerization, CI/CD, databases, and modern development workflows.
- Experience building scalable data infrastructure, distributed systems, or cloud-based architectures.
