- Design, build, test, and operate personalization features across web and mobile surfaces.
- Deliver maintainable, performant, and reliable end-to-end software solutions.
- Collaborate with product and science teams to define experiences, run experiments, and iterate using data.
- Develop AI-powered experiences such as personalized updates, relevance explanations, and contextual recommendations.
- Implement analytics events and experiment configurations to measure engagement and retention.
- Track mobile technology trends and collaborate with mobile engineering teams.
- Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, operational excellence, and technical direction.
- Mentor junior developers and promote effective software development practices.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, C++, or C#, with object-oriented design experience.
- Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
- Experience contributing to architecture and design for reliable, scalable systems.
- Strong technical judgment, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with server-side rendering and performance-focused UI patterns.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, and metrics-driven iteration.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative AI applications.
