A medical robotics company is seeking a senior algorithm engineer to develop, optimize, integrate, and validate computer vision and machine learning algorithms for robotic ophthalmic surgery.
Обязанности
- Design, develop, and deploy algorithms that improve the accuracy, robustness, and efficiency of robotic surgical systems.
- Apply computer vision, deep learning, and data analysis to perception and decision-making problems.
- Lead problem definition, algorithm design, implementation, optimization, and integration into real-time systems.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and clinical teams to meet system and clinical requirements.
- Validate and refine algorithms through simulation, laboratory testing, and clinical feedback.
Требования
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of algorithm development experience.
- Strong experience in classical computer vision, image processing, and 3D or geometric computer vision.
- Experience with camera-based algorithms such as camera calibration, SLAM, visual odometry, 3D vision, or pose estimation.
- Experience across the full algorithm lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, optimization, integration, and deployment.
- Strong mathematical foundation with knowledge of geometry applied to computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
