Lead customer engagements from discovery through production implementation, designing and delivering scalable AI/ML and generative AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Обязанности
- Design end-to-end AI-powered application architectures aligned with customer objectives
- Define AI/ML architecture patterns, standards, roadmaps, and best practices
- Evaluate cloud AI/ML services and design data pipelines and ETL processes
- Lead customer discovery, readiness assessments, architecture workshops, and Well-Architected reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams from solution concept through production
- Guide model integration, deployment, optimization, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
- Architect generative AI applications including RAG systems, chatbots, and intelligent agents
- Design real-time and batch inference pipelines with monitoring and observability
- Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment automation, and continuous improvement
- Design responsible AI frameworks covering bias detection, explainability, governance, and compliance
- Mentor customer teams and consultants and develop reusable reference architectures and technical content
Требования
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics
- Experience with cloud services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
- Programming experience with C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or equivalent experience defining benchmarks for generative AI model performance
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

- Experience with responsible AI governance and compliance
