Обязанности
- Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for AI matchmaking, conversation guidance, and feedback features
- Deploy machine learning models from experimentation into production
- Build pipelines that learn from user feedback and compatibility outcomes
- Architect infrastructure for real-time chat, matching, and notifications
- Design data infrastructure for user signals, engagement, and model feedback
- Collaborate with product and leadership to turn AI concepts into shippable backend and model changes
Требования
- At least 4 years of backend engineering experience
- Production experience building or serving machine learning models
- Strong skills in API design, database architecture, and reliable scalable services
- Experience with model serving, retraining pipelines, feature stores, and model-drift monitoring
- Ability to use user signals and analytics to improve product outcomes
- Proficiency in designing systems for concurrent users, real-time interactions, and notifications
- CV and a GitHub or relevant work link required when applying
