Lead a team developing signal and image-processing algorithms for radar and electro-optical sensors used in advanced defense systems.

Обязанности

  • Lead a team of algorithm engineers.
  • Develop signal- and image-processing algorithms for target detection and tracking across radar and electro-optical sensors.
  • Develop control and optimization algorithms for radar sensors.
  • Define test scenarios, simulation tools, and testing databases.
  • Conduct proof-of-design experiments and analyze results.
  • Develop alternative algorithmic solutions for detection and tracking in noisy environments.
  • Perform comparative performance analysis.
  • Write algorithm design and technical documents.
  • Conduct edge-case testing with systems engineering teams.
  • Define experiments, support execution, and interpret results.
  • Optimize algorithms using machine learning tools.

Требования

  • MSc in engineering or exact sciences.
  • At least 5 years of experience in radar, communications, or medical signal processing.
  • Extensive knowledge of statistics and probability.
  • Strong analytical and self-learning abilities.
  • Motivation and effective interpersonal skills.

Будет плюсом

  • Experience with sensor data fusion.
  • Experience applying machine learning tools for optimization.
