A defense and space company is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to own the architecture, development, and production deployment of advanced AI and data solutions. The role reports to the VP of Data & AI and leads external development teams.

- Own technical decisions from architecture and technology selection through production deployment.
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI and data solutions.
- Lead external development teams.
Требования
- At least 4 years of software development experience, including work on data or AI systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with production environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, search, RAG, or information retrieval technologies.
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel internationally two to four times per year.

- Experience working in secure or air-gapped environments.
- Existing security clearance.
