Lead the design, development, and production delivery of generative AI capabilities for a consumer relationship guidance platform. Own AI infrastructure, LLM integrations, prompt experimentation, and cross-team enablement.
Обязанности
- Design and own generative AI architecture, including LLMs, pipelines, and agents
- Build and ship AI features into production
- Integrate major enterprise AI models
- Optimize token usage, caching, latency, cost, evaluation, and reliability
- Address context-window limitations and hallucinations
- Lead prompt design and experimentation across teams
- Build and evaluate prompt pipelines for quality and consistency
- Collaborate with product, copy, and operations on AI-driven features
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI frameworks and tools
- Prototype and iterate on new generative AI capabilities
Требования
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience
- At least 1 year of generative AI or LLM experience
- Experience shipping generative AI features to production
- Strong hands-on backend and software engineering skills; Python preferred
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google AI providers
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior
- Understanding of agents and multi-step workflows
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
- Familiarity with embeddings and vector databases
