Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from product scoping and full-stack development through deployment, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Turn customer workflows into practical AI features and help shape product and engineering practices.

- Shape priorities, scope features, and make product decisions for a line of AI solutions.
- Build interfaces, backend services, integrations, and AI agents.
- Own releases, evaluations, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Identify reusable patterns and develop shared platform capabilities with the Platform team.
- Use adoption, feedback, and results to guide product improvements.
- Work with the founding team on product direction, technology choices, and engineering practices.
Требования
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including production full-stack applications.
- Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python skills.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience building LLM applications and agent workflows.
- Experience evaluating and improving AI quality, including tool use and structured outputs.
- Strong product judgment and experience taking features or products from concept to launch.
- Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear priorities and working software.
