Lead a global AI software organization responsible for an end-to-end NPU software stack spanning SDKs, runtimes, APIs, drivers, firmware, compilers, automation, and releases.
Обязанности
- Lead a multi-site AI Software SDK organization and external subcontractor teams.
- Own the NPU AI software stack across host-side SDKs, runtimes, APIs, Linux and Android drivers, and IP-side firmware.
- Deliver high-quality, high-performance AI software SDK products on schedule while working with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Lead automation and release teams responsible for fully automated CI and release processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers, team leaders, and software engineers.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience, including strong C/C++ development.
- At least 7 years of software management experience, including management of team leaders or multiple teams.
- Deep embedded and low-level software experience with firmware, drivers, and RTOS.
- Experience with Linux UMD/KMD drivers, Android, system-level software, and complex SDK stacks.
- Experience with automated CI/CD and software release processes.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams and subcontractors.
- Strong English, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Experience with NPU, AI accelerator, or DSP software stacks.
- Experience with TVM, MLIR, IREE, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or TFLite.
- Experience bringing up drivers and Android HALs for hardware accelerators or custom silicon.
- A master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
