Build, productize, and deploy AI-powered products, MVPs, reusable assets, and new ventures for regulated and mission-critical sectors. Translate ambiguous client challenges into tested, scalable solutions and advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy and architecture.
Обязанности
- Lead engagements from client problem definition through prototype, MVP, or deployable solution
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans
- Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools
- Make trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value
- Advise technology and business leaders on AI investment priorities, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Drive experiments and iterative delivery to validate desirability, feasibility, and value
- Develop reusable patterns, playbooks, and working practices for AI-native delivery
- Own the AI delivery methodology for an assigned sector vertical
- Document and abstract reusable assets for regional adaptation
- Support technical onboarding and capability development for engineers
Требования
- Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong hands-on engineering skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience building and integrating production-grade applications
- Demonstrated delivery of AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings
- Understanding of LLM application patterns, orchestration frameworks, automation platforms, evaluation methods, and model limitations
- Ability to balance experimentation with security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level advisory
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes quickly
