Join a small, entrepreneurial engineering team building production-grade agentic AI systems for a large marketing organization. Own substantial areas of the platform and help move workflows from early concepts to broad adoption.

- Design and build agentic workflows, AI agents, orchestration layers, and supporting infrastructure
- Drive ambiguous technical areas from initial concept to production capability
- Scale AI workflows for use across the marketing organization
- Improve system evaluation, quality, and reliability
- Work with users to translate operational needs into practical AI systems
Требования
- Substantial software engineering experience building and shipping complex systems
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic or large language model systems
- Experience with agent workflows, prompts, context management, and failure modes
- Strong product judgment and the ability to define ambiguous problems
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Clear communication with non-technical marketing partners

- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or knowledge bases at scale
- Familiarity with marketing or strong interest in the domain
- Experience taking systems from prototype to broad organizational adoption
