- Design, build, and ship major end-to-end features
- Lead the development of production AI agents
- Architect and scale Python-based distributed backend systems
- Make technical decisions shaping an AI-first platform
- Build systems combining LLMs, reasoning flows, orchestration, and backend engineering
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Security Research, and go-to-market teams
- Establish clear ownership and strong engineering standards
Требования
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong software engineering experience building production-grade systems beyond research, experimentation, or prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience building and operating production AI or LLM systems, ideally including agentic workflows, tool calling, orchestration, evaluations, or multi-step reasoning
- Strong backend expertise with Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience balancing AI components with reliable backend infrastructure
- Full professional fluency in English
