Build Marko, a production-grade agentic marketing platform that autonomously manages campaigns, generates creative, allocates budgets, and optimizes performance across major advertising channels.
Обязанности
- Build specialized marketing sub-agents from architecture through production
- Design agent infrastructure including enforced pipelines, hot-reloadable skills, approval gates, and feedback loops
- Integrate with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit APIs
- Build orchestration for task routing, workflow coordination, and multi-agent conflict handling
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign economics, attribution, and performance metrics
- Experiment with agent architectures, models, and frameworks and ship validated improvements
Требования
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience with strong backend and systems fundamentals
- Production experience building LLM-powered workflows, agent systems, or AI-native products
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration, state management, context design, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Experience designing evaluation and feedback systems for reliable agent behavior
- Ability to design architectures coordinating multiple agents
- Strong experience integrating complex third-party APIs with reliable and auditable behavior
- A hands-on builder mindset suited to a 0-to-1 environment

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube campaign structures, bidding, and attribution
- Knowledge of RAG, vector embeddings, or information retrieval
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or marketing analytics
- Experience with autonomous agent loops, self-evaluation, or feedback-driven improvement
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
