Develop and optimize prompts, RAG workflows, and end-to-end AI solutions, from prototypes to production. Build backend services and internal interfaces, and evaluate model outputs in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Обязанности
- Write and optimize prompts and system instructions, and manage agent context, memory, and conversation flows.
- Design and improve RAG processes, including chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval.
- Analyze model responses and conduct root cause analysis to improve prompts, context, retrieval, and agent architecture.
- Develop backend components and API services in Python, along with internal interfaces and evaluation tools.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and complex integrations from prototype through production.
Требования
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
- Strong full-stack development background, especially Python, REST APIs, and database integration.
- Experience defining evaluation methods and assessing model outputs qualitatively.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions spanning models, backends, and user interfaces.

- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, React, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
