Lead development of software that optimizes AI model performance across compilers, runtimes, algorithms, serving systems, and accelerator hardware. Partner with model, systems, compiler, and hardware teams to improve efficiency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Обязанности
- Provide technical leadership for architecture, design, code quality, testing, and validation across complex AI software solutions.
- Develop and optimize AI algorithms, kernels, compilation techniques, runtimes, and serving systems for accelerator hardware.
- Lead performance, scalability, resiliency, security, privacy, and cost improvements across the AI software stack.
- Design test strategies, expand automation, improve testability, and validate security and reliability requirements.
- Coordinate dependencies and technical delivery across model, systems, compiler, hardware, data science, and product teams.
- Lead experimentation, feature flighting, metric definition, and data-informed release decisions.
- Improve deployment automation, rollback practices, production-like validation, and safe release processes.
- Own telemetry, monitoring, on-call response, incident investigations, postmortems, and preventative reliability improvements.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and share technical knowledge.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of technical engineering experience coding in C++ and Python.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing AI kernels, AI optimization algorithms, or AI compilation techniques.

- Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in quantization, sparsity, speculative decoding, graph optimization, operator fusion, code generation, inference serving, batching and scheduling, or caching.
